As a graduate research associate, I was tasked with executing all steps of the research process. This included planning, writing, and clearly communicating research results to diverse stakeholders. In addition, I interpreted and contextualized large data sets, developed and tested questionnaires, and Collaborated with a cross-functional team using multivariate statistical techniques.

As an assistant language teacher (ALT), I drove the improvement of students' English communication skills in three high schools in Nagano, Japan. I devised and implemented engaging activities and exercises to support skill development and vocabulary acquisition.

While working in food and beverage sales at Walt Disney World, I â€‹greeted and distributed customers in the restaurant based on activity levels and staff coverage. I additionally, maintained up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and promotions; answered customer inquiries, resolved issues, and met special requests.​ Cultivating friendly relationships with customers was a top priority which lead to many positive guest interactions.
